11 facts about me-I always ALWAYS have a hard time doing this:

1. I am starting a new blogging series, be sure to check back in on February 12^th, I’m pretty excited about it.

2. I love Revenge, Nashville, Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal on ABC.

3. I am in need of a new wardrobe.

4. I just bought a new camera-a Nikon DSLR and am anxious to take some photography classes and read some photography books.

5. I am counting down for the Samsung Galaxy S5, time to upgrade from my S3!

6. I’m slightly OCD about how the dishes are organized in my cabinets.

7. I desperately want an iMac and my own glamorous office.

8. I hate warm seats.

9. I have a phobia about public restrooms and public seating.

10. I’ve grown to love movies based off of Marvel Comics because of my fiancé.

11. I love Sour Patch Kids – the ones that gush.

1. If you could change your name what would you change it to? 

Bwahaha! I really didn’t like my name as a child because the 1^st day of school was horrible-the teacher would always mispronounce it. Hmmm…Loryn so I could be called "Lo" for short. 

2. Favorite tv show?

  Ha-I listed some of my favorites in my first list, but another show I enjoy is Arrow.

3. What’s your dream date? 

1^st class flight to Bora Bora and dinner in one of those floating huts.

4. What’s your favorite body part?

  Say what? My bootie ;)

5. How did you come up with your blog name? 

Well, I have gone through several blog names over the years. 27^th + Luxe is because I came up with the idea when I was 27 and Luxe is from me wanting to have a “luxe” life-not a lavish one, but a life that’s filled with happiness, joy, fulfilling my dreams and all that good stuff.

6. Favorite type of jewelry? 

I like simple jewelry/very dainty and statement pieces.

7. What’s your makeup routine? 

(If you have one) I barely wear make up although I want to start wearing a bit more. I put powder foundation, blush, lipgloss and mascara. Sometimes I’ll add neutral eyeshadow as well.

8. What’s your most embarrassing memory? 

My dad showed up to a house party when I was in 10^th grade. They cut on all the lights and made an announcement that my dad was outside waiting. Naturally I BOLTED out of that house!! They talked about it for a week at school. I can laugh about it now, but boy I was not a happy camper when it happened! And he doesn't even remember it!! LOL.

9. If you could change your career what would you do? 

Story of my life right now!! I want to work in Marketing.

10. What’s your favorite part about blogging?

Meeting new people!
